This website is a Grounded Movement Clinic concept by Subtle Difference. Its general enquiry form is connected to RealMosaic CMS.

When you send an enquiry, the form collects the name, contact preference, email address or phone number, question and contact permission you enter. Please keep your question general and do not include detailed medical or health information.

Submitted enquiries are stored in the website CMS and emailed to dev@subtledifference.com.au for review and response. The CMS may also record the submission time, IP address and browser details for delivery and abuse prevention.

The appointment flow above the enquiry form remains a preview. It does not reserve an appointment or connect to a live booking provider.

Your choices stay simple.

Movement-pathway and clinician choices can appear in links between pages, so the appointment preview reflects your starting point. These links contain category identifiers, not your name, contact details or enquiry.

The first-visit checklist and team filter operate in the current page. They are not stored by the website. Your browser may retain its own ordinary browsing history or page state.

Before the clinic goes live.

A live website would need a complete privacy policy and collection notices identifying the operator, the information collected, its purpose, storage and access arrangements, and how questions or complaints can be raised.

The current enquiry form uses RealMosaic CMS and the development email inbox described above. Any future live booking or analytics services would need to be described before they are connected. This page describes the enquiry form and appointment preview as they work today.
